Why did my package return to the warehouse?Updated 7 months ago

Our carriers, UPS and US Postal Service will attempt to deliver your orders based on the information provided. If your street address is incorrect or your apartment number is missing they will hold the package for an indeterminate amount of time and the return it back to our warehouse. This can be a few days or weeks past the expected delivery date.

If your order has not reached you in 7 business days, please contact [email protected] to check on the status.

If you have ordered beer from us, UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before returning your order back to us. UPS will deliver during business hours, typically. 

They cannot leave your package unattended, as all alcohol shipments require an adult 21+ signature to release your package.

If you will not be home to receive your package, we recommend signing up with UPS My Choice® to see what options you have to reroute, hold or cancel the delivery on your package so UPS can deliver it when and where you need it (additional charges may apply).
