When can I expect my order to arrive?Updated a month ago

Ground shipments usually take 3-5 business days to reach their destination anywhere in the continental US. The closer you are to us in California, the quicker your order will get to you.

If your order has not reached you in 7 business days, please contact [email protected] to check on the status. (This is not applicable to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, International, or Military addresses, which will have extended shipping times.)

Unfortunately, we have noticed some delays during this time from our carriers (UPS / USPS), and we are so sorry for the inconvenience those delays may cause. 

We will do our best to notify you quickly of any problems we have shipping your order, so please check your email before contacting us.

If you have ordered beer from us, UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before returning your order back to us. UPS will deliver during business hours, typically. 

They cannot leave your package unattended, as all alcohol shipments require an adult 21+ signature to release your package.

If you will not be home to receive your package, we recommend signing up with UPS My Choice® to see what options you have to reroute, hold or cancel the delivery on your package so UPS can deliver it when and where you need it (additional charges may apply).
