What should I do if there is an issue with my order?Updated 2 years ago

We are so sorry if your order arrived to you wrong or damaged. We try our best to be our best, but we're humans and mistakes can happen.

Please email us at [email protected]...

... if you've received the wrong item.

... if you're missing an item from your order.

... if an item in your order arrived damaged, chipped, broken, stained, or misprinted.

... if your order was never delivered or went missing.

In order to best serve you, please contact us with the email you used to purchase or include your Shopify order number (this is the one that's in your order confirmation).

Let us know what item was affected, and what went wrong.

If you are reporting damage or defect, please provide pictures so we can make sure these issues are looked into by our warehouse team.

In the event your pints or specialty glass arrive broken, please do not send us back your broken glass!
