What is your return policy?Updated 10 months ago

Our bottom line is we want you happy with what you bought from us. If you don’t like what you received, please figure it out before wearing, washing, or rolling in cat hair, etc. If we can resell it to a discerning customer, such as yourself, we’ll gladly accept it back within 60 days of purchase. Sorry, but no returning food items. That’s just icky.  Additionally, beer purchased online for delivery is not returnable.

To process an exchange or return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download and print the Stone Return Form here
  2. Fill out the form completely and include it inside your return package.
  3. Ship your return items via your preferred method to the following address:

    ATTN: Merchandise Returns
    505 S. Pacific St.
    San Marcos, CA 92078

In Store Purchases: Full moneyback refunds for in store purchases can only be processed at the original place of purchase. Exchanges can be shipped back using the above process, please include a copy of your original purchase receipt with the return form.

All exchanges are based on product availability when your returned item is received and processed at our warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee stock on an item you are returning and we may reach out if an exchange cannot be processed.
