Can I return or exchange purchases I made at a Stone location?Updated 10 months ago

Thanks for visiting us!  We totally understand that in the rush of hanging out at one of our beautiful Stone Company Stores or Tap Rooms, you may have misjudged a size or picked up the wrong color of an item. We would be happy to exchange your item for a like item (same price, same style). 

Unfortunately, we cannot process money-back refunds for purchases made in store. Our Stone locations do not operate on the same Point of Sale system as our online store, and we don't have access to your original form of payment. Please visit the original place of purchase to process a return for moneyback refund.

To process an exchange for an in-store item, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Download and print the Stone Return Form here
  2. Fill out the form completely and include inside your return package.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside your return package.
  4. Ship your return items via your preferred method to the following address:

Sorry, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for beer purchased online.

If you would like to report an issue with beer purchased on-site, please use Contact Stone and fill out the form "Report Expired Beer" or "Report a Problem". We'll get your concerns to the appropriate store management as well as send your feedback straight to our Quality Assurance team.
