When will my egift card be delivered?Updated a year ago

When you purchase an eGift card, the gift card redemption email will be sent to your recipient within 5-15 minutes of completing purchase.

Please have your recipient check their spam or junk folder if they have not received this email.

If you are still having trouble, please contact us at [email protected] and we can try resending it or sending it to a different email.

Please note: If you have entered a misspelled recipient email, there's a chance your eGift Card will be sent to someone else who owns that email. We recommend that you immediately reach out to our team at [email protected], so we can cancel your order. You can then place a new order for an eGift Card with the correct recipient email.
